In a Xaly outbound campaign, the AI assistant calls the people on the list you upload; it asks about their needs, answers questions and moves interested people to an appointment or quote. Two conversation scripts can be tested side by side to measure which performs better. Calls are placed at the time each person is most likely to answer. Commercial calls require prior consent and a check against the national consent register.

Can we call anyone?
No. Commercial calls need prior consent and registration in the consent system; you declare this when uploading.
Does it call international numbers?
International calling is off by default and only enabled when explicitly allowed on your account.
Does the assistant introduce itself?
Yes. It says on whose behalf it is calling and that it is an AI at the start of the call.
