About Us
Xaly.ai is a call center platform that runs a company’s phone line with AI. It is built by Voratrix Software and AI Technologies, based in Istanbul.
What we are trying to do
Make sure demand that arrives by phone is never lost. A phone ringing after hours, a customer waiting in a queue, a call note nobody wrote — each of them costs business every day. We build the system that removes them.

We do not hand over a dashboard and leave. We build the conversation flow, knowledge base and integrations, and deliver after test calls.
