Facial features, lighting and background are preserved, every image carries an "AI-generated preview, not a medical guarantee" note in the patient’s language, and no photo is processed without explicit consent.

The goal is not to replace people but to take over repetitive calls. Appointments, order status, opening hours and pricing questions are handled by the assistant; complex or sensitive conversations are passed to your team, who then spend their time where a human is genuinely needed.

How is it different from a traditional IVR menu?

An IVR moves the caller through a keypad menu tree. The AI assistant understands what the caller wants from natural speech, needs no key presses and goes straight to the outcome. An IVR also cannot answer questions; the assistant can.
