Talk without sharing numbers: masked calling

Xaly number masking connects two people through an intermediate number, so neither the customer nor the provider sees the other’s real number. The system calls one party, then the other once the first answers, and joins the line. If the intermediate number is called back later, the call is routed to the right person. Marketplaces, classifieds, delivery, rental and healthcare providers add it to their own apps through an API.

What it does

Both sides protected

Caller and callee only ever see the intermediate number. Personal numbers never appear on screen or in call history.

Correct callback matching

When a missed call is returned to the intermediate number, the system knows who called whom and connects the right person.

Unreachable notice

If the other side does not answer, the caller hears a short notice and the outcome is reported to your app. Notices are ready in Turkish, English, German and Arabic.

Plugs into your app

Start calls and receive outcome and duration through the API; events arrive as signed webhooks.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need our own phone number?

You can use your own line as the intermediate number, or the line is provided through our licensed carrier partner. We agree the right option during setup.

Are calls recorded?

Recording and retention rules are agreed with you during setup; only the necessary data is kept for the agreed period.

Do we have to use AI?

No. Number masking is a standalone telephony product. AI features such as satisfaction calls can be added if you want them.
